Intentional Communities of Washtenaw Residents Resume Limited In-person Events

As we learn to navigate our ‘new normal’ under Covid-19, ICW residents and families have resumed some limited in-person events, in accord with the State of Michigan and Washtenaw County regulations. All in-person ICW events require a Covid-19 health screen, including taking temperatures, and wearing face coverings. The health and safety of our residents and ICW families is of the utmost importance to us all.

Intentional Communities of Washtenaw Residents Connect through Technology

At a time of this pandemic when most of the world is self-isolating, however, ICW is working to remain true to our mission of reducing isolation for our residents. We have found great success and enjoyment of activities and each others’ company through Zoom video conferencing. Even as we re-introduce some limited in-person activities, we will continue to offer several activities through remote video conferencing for our residents each week.

On a daily basis, we are having activities, meetings, and events through Zoom, and our residents are just loving making connections through technology!
